Siobhan O'Sullivan specialises in the welfare state, especially the delivery of employment services. She also has an interest in animal welfare legislation and has published a book on animal protection, "Australasian Animal Protection Law and the Challenge of Equal Consideration".
She teaches politics and ethics, public policy, environmental politics and Australian politics.
